Create a new account
- To update your email address, you will need to create a new account with your desired email.
- Go to our website and follow the standard process for signing up using your new email address to register.
Transferring information
- Automatic transfer of information from your old account to the new one isn't possible. You'll need to set up your new profile manually. Tip: copy any important information from your old account to ensure a smooth transition to your new one.
Close your old account
- Once your new account is set up, consider deactivating your old account to avoid confusion.
- You can deactivate your old account by going to the account settings, selecting the option to deactivate or close the account and following the prompts.
