If you cannot log in to your account because you have forgotten the email address registered to your account, please contact Care Support.
When contacting support, please provide the phone number on your account, as well as the first name and last initial the account is registered under.
If you have previously purchased a subscription, under the account you want to locate, please Care Support with the following details, and we will be able to locate your account through past charges:
- the name of the company connected to the charge as it appears on your credit card statement
- the last 4 digits of the credit card connected to the charge
- the date of the charge in question
- the dollar amount of the charge in question
If you have not purchased a subscription and are unsure what email your account is under, please email Care Support with the following:
- alternate email addresses you may have used
- the phone number on the account
- the first and last name on the account
- the website you believe you registered to
