Having trouble making a call? Here are some checks and steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Verify Your Phone Number: Ensure that your phone number is verified. This is a crucial first step for making calls.
Check the Other Party's Verification: The person you are trying to call must also have verified their phone number. Note: For a call to be successfully connected, both parties must have verified phone numbers. Some members of our platform may decide not to verify their numbers.
Subscription Status: Confirm that you have an active subscription, as making calls is a feature available to subscribed members.
Correct PIN Usage: When placing a call, you need to enter the correct PIN. Remember, PINs expire every 4 hours. If it's been a while, go back to the user's profile, and click "Call" to generate a new PIN.
If all the above conditions are met and you’re still unable to make a call, it's likely that the person you’re trying to call has not verified their phone number. Unverified numbers cannot receive calls through our system. You will need to follow up by sending more messages. Please understand that we cannot force a member to verify their phone number.
