If you received a notification about a new message, or you've noticed that a message you previously read has vanished from your Inbox, Favourites, or Archived folders, this means that the person who sent you the message is no longer active on our site. There are a couple of reasons why their messages would disappear:

Account Deactivation: If the user has chosen to deactivate their account, all their sent messages will be automatically removed from other users’ inboxes.

Removed by Support Team: Sometimes, our support team may remove a user from the site for various reasons. When this happens, their messages are also removed from any inboxes they were sent to.
