Our platform is designed in a way that the employee profiles serve as an initial resume. Employees should include relevant experience, qualifications, and a snapshot of their background to help you in making an informed decision about whether they might be the right fit for you.
While we don’t have a feature that allows employees to upload a separate resume to their profile, we encourage employers to request more detailed work history information directly from the candidates. Once you've established contact with a potental employee you're interested in, you can ask them to send their complete resume to your personal email address. Alternatively, you can request that they bring a printed copy of their resume to their interview. This direct communication not only helps you gather all the information you need but also gives you a chance to start building a rapport with the potential employee.
