If an employer or an employee has deleted their account, their profile and associated messages will no longer be accessible.
Deleting an account removes all the associated data and information from the platform. This can occur if the user deletes their account or if an account is removed by our Care Support team due to actions that don't align with our community guidelines.
As a result, you won't be able to view their profile or access any previous conversations you may have had with a match.
