If you've canceled your subscription but are still seeing charges, it could be due to a failed charge or an additional account you might have. Here's what you can do to resolve this:
Consider other email addresses: Reflect on any other email addresses you might have used to create an account and purchase a subscription. An active subscription under a different email could be the reason for the continued charges.
Review your cancellation confirmation: Check the subscription expiry date listed in the cancellation confirmation email you received.
Verify in your account 'Settings': In your account 'Settings', go to the 'Subscriptions & Payments' page. Here you will find the subscription expiry date.
Examine our emails: Look through the emails we've sent you. If there was a failed charge, we would have sent an email requesting an update to your payment method.
