Once you have had a conversation with an employee or an employer on-site, you will be able to leave them a review that reflects your experience.
A conversation means you have sent three messages to an employee/er and received two replies from that employee/er, or you have received three messages from an employee/er and sent two replies to that same employee/er.
The steps to leaving a review are as follows:
- navigate to the profile of the employee/er you want to review
- on their profile, under their profile photo, click on Add a review
- next, choose the star rating you feel best captures your experience
- click Submit, and the rating will be added to their profile
If you are leaving a review for an employee, pick a rating that reflects their professionalism and work quality.
If you are leaving a review for an employer, pick a rating that reflects their job accuracy, hiring process, and work environment.
Currently, we do not provide the ability to leave a written message with your review.
