If you have registered incorrectly, as an employer or an employee you will need to create a new account. At this time, our platform does not allow users to change account types from provider to seeker or vice versa. Unfortunately, we don't have the system in place to support switching account roles.
If you'd like to use the platform as a different account type, you must create a new account using a different email address.
You can also create a new account using your current email address by adding +1 before the “@” (e.g., if your email is name@example.com, use name+1@example.com).
