If you encounter a message in your inbox that raises concerns due to its suspicious or inappropriate nature, it's important to report it promptly. This helps protect not only yourself but also others on the platform. Here's how to report a message:

Go to your Inbox: Open the conversation with the individual you wish to report.

Use the flag icon: Above the conversation, locate a flag icon in the menu bar. Click on this icon, and a pop-up will appear with several reporting options:
- Scam
- Aggressive
- Inappropriate
- Irrelevant
- Other

Choose a reason and report: Select the option that best describes why you're reporting the message, then click “Report.”
What happens next:
- Immediate notification to support: Our support team is notified as soon as a conversation is reported. They will review the situation to decide if the user should remain on the site.
- Removal of offending users: If a user is found to be violating our policies, their profile and conversation history will be removed promptly, preventing further communication on our site.
Please note:
- No follow-up on reports: The notification we receive is automatic, and we don't follow up with the person who reported the message. If you need more information on how the situation was handled, contact our support team directly.
- Confidentiality of reports: All reports are confidential and are not shared with the reported party.
