If there's a difference, the system won't recognize them as the same person, and the badge won't be displayed.
Steps to ensure your badge appears:
- Check the name on your background check: Verify that the name on the background check matches the name on your profile.
- Edit the name on your profile: If the names do not match, you will need to update the name on your profile. To do this, navigate to your account settings and select 'Account Info.'
