How do I initiate a background check?

To start a background check: 

1. Log into your account and navigate to your Settings 
2. Next, select Subscriptions and Payments
3. Scroll down to the section titled Background Checks
4. Click Run A Check
5. A new window will open where you will be required to enter the candidate's country, state/province and email address 
6. Before clicking Next, check the box under the candidate's information to confirm the following statement: “We intend to hire this candidate, dependent on the results of the background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.”
7. Click Next to continue to the payment page and finish your request. 

Note: After submitting your request, we will contact the candidate for more information. The background check process takes 3-5 business days.
