We get it; reviews are important. You want to know if the employee/er you are creating a professional relationship with has experience in the industry and is who they say they are.
Our design, product, and engineering teams have been working hard on creating a review system across all CareGuide sites.
Both employees and employers can leave starred reviews for one another. Once you have had a conversation with an employee/er on-site, you will be able to leave them a review that reflects your experience.
A conversation means:
- you have sent three messages to an employee/er and received two replies from that same employee/er.
- you have received three messages from an employee/er and sent two replies to that same employee/er.
The steps to leaving a review are as follows:
- Navigate to the profile of the employee/er you want to review
- On their profile, under their profile photo, click on Add a review
- Next, choose the star rating you feel best captures your experience
- Click Submit, and the rating will be added to their profile
If you are leaving a review for an employee, pick a rating that reflects their professionalism and work quality.
If you are leaving a review for an employer, pick a rating that reflects their job accuracy, hiring process, and work environment.
Note: at this time, you are only able to leave a starred review. You cannot leave a written message to accompany your review.
