To find your receipts, follow these simple steps:
Log into your account and navigate to your 'Settings':
- On a desktop, go to the 'My Profile' menu located in the top right corner.
- On a mobile device, this option (☰) is found at the bottom of your screen.
In 'Settings', go to 'Subscriptions & Payments'.
Scroll down to the 'Payments' and click on 'Payment History'. This will bring up a list of all your invoices. Note: this page can be slow so give it a moment.
Open any invoice from the list.
- Above the description section, you'll see 'Pay online' in blue font. Click this to view your receipt. Don't worry, clicking this link will not charge you.
Download or print your receipt. Once your receipt is open, you have the option to download or print it for your records.
