Additionally, we do not collect a percentage of any earnings.
Once you decide on a rate and how you will be paid/pay, we suggest creating a contract with your match to settle all the terms of employment before the position starts. It's also a good idea to include information on the duties you will be responsible for. You should always have a written record of your agreement. Creating a contract will help ensure that each party holds up their end of the bargain and both walk away satisfied.
