If you see an error when using the website, you may need to do a hard refresh.
The following article details how to do a hard refresh in the most common browsers -- Chrome, Firefox and Safari -- on both Windows and Mac.
Google Chrome:
Windows (there are 3 ways to perform a hard refresh)
- Press the Ctrl key on your keyboard while clicking the Reload button in Chrome.
OR - Press Ctrl + Fn + F5 on your keyboard.
OR - Open the Chrome Developer Tools by pressing Ctrl + Shift + I on your keyboard or right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.
Once the Chrome Developer Tools are open, right-click the refresh button in Chrome and a drop-down menu will display. This menu gives you the option of doing a hard reload (refresh) or empty cache and hard reload.
Mac: (there are 2 ways to perform a hard refresh)
- Press the ⇧ Shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Reload button in Chrome.
OR - Press ⌘ Cmd +⇧ Shift + R on your keyboard.
Firefox:
Windows
- Press Ctrl + Fn + F5 on your keyboard.
OR - Press Ctrl +⇧ Shift + R on your keyboard.
Mac
- Press the ⇧ Shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Reload button in Firefox.
OR - Press ⌘ Cmd+ ⇧ Shift + R on your keyboard.
Safari
- Press Shift on your keyboard while clicking the Refresh button in Safari.
OR - Press Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + R on your keyboard.
