Here’s how you can change the phone number on your account:

First, make sure you are logged into your account.

Next, click on the drop-down menu (☰) at the top of your screen (on desktop) or bottom of your screen (on mobile). Select 'Settings'.

In 'Settings', navigate to your 'Account Info' page.

Find the section labeled 'Phone number'. Click on 'edit'.

Finally, type in your new phone number and click 'Save changes' to update.
Important: Re-verify Your New Number
- Re-verification Required: After changing your phone number, you'll need to re-verify it to ensure access to SMS notifications and TeleSafe.
- Updating SMS Preferences: This is also a good time to review and update your SMS preferences. Learn more.
