Credit card information can be updated at any time directly from your Settings page.
To update your credit card information:
- Log into your account and open the drop-down menu from the top of your screen (☰), select Settings.
- Next, select “Manage my subscription” from the left side of the page.
- Under the "Payments" section, click on "Change card." A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter in your new information.
- Once you have entered your new payment information, click “Submit.” Your card on file will automatically be updated. Any future charges will be applied to your new card.
Keep in mind that credit card information cannot be removed as it is required for all subscriptions. If you do wish to remove your credit card information, please first cancel any active subscriptions, then Submit a request to Care Support.
