All calls are recorded and stored within your Inbox. If you called someone through TeleSafe™, a recording will be automatically added to your conversation with them in your Inbox for your review when you hang up the phone.
Calls are recorded to help you should you need to recall something that was mentioned in your conversation.
Support agents also do regularly review and monitor calls for your security and protection.
To access a recording:
- Make sure you are logged into your Housekeeper.com account
- Navigate to your Inbox and open the conversation with the person with whom you’ve had the phone call. The recording will appear in the conversation window.
- Click Play to listen.
