What do I do if I registered incorrectly?

If you have signed up on one of our sites, but feel that you may have registered incorrectly (i.e. you are looking for a job, but are receiving messages from users or emails from us regarding other users also looking for a job), this can definitely be adjusted. 

If you have not yet created your profile, you can ensure you are registered correctly by simply clicking on the "Create a Profile" button. This will take you to the profile creation process where the first step will ask you what you are looking for. Be sure to read the options carefully so you are registered correctly.

If you have created your profile, but believe you are registered incorrectly, there are two ways to adjust this:

  1. Delete your current profile and re-register under a new profile. You can delete your profile by following the steps outlined above. For more information on deleting your profile, see here: How do I delete my profile?
  2. Contact us. If you would prefer not to have to redo the profile creation process you can also contact us at any time and we can adjust your account for you. However, please note that you may need to edit your profile to ensure the correct information is being displayed. For more information on editing your profile, see here: How do I edit my profile?
