If you have a current subscription with us and need to update your billing information to ensure your service is not interrupted, you can do so at any time through your account's Settings page.
In your Settings, under the section "Your Subscription," there will be a button labelled "Edit Subscription." After you click this button you will be redirected to your subscription information page where your plan type, card details, and billing details will be outlined.
If you have not yet purchased a subscription or your subscription has expired, the "Edit Subscription" button will not be there (as there is no subscription to edit). In its place will be a button labelled 'Upgrade Your Account." If this is the case, then you would not need to update your credit card information. However, if you would like to start using our subscribed services again, simply click the "Upgrade Your Account" button to purchase a new subscription where you will be able to enter your new credit card information during the purchasing process.
To update your current credit card information on file, click on the button labelled "Change Card" and a pop up will appear where you can fill your new card details. Once you have entered everything, double check it to ensure it is accurate and click the "Submit" button. This will ensure that the next subscription payment is billed to the new card on your account.
