Why am I being asked to verify my credit card information?

As an extra layer of protection and to prevent your card from being used to purchase a subscription without your consent, we have implemented a feature called 3D Secure (also known as Verified by VISA or Mastercard SecureCode).

If you are purchasing a subscription using either a VISA or Mastercard credit card, you will be redirected to a new screen after you confirm your credit card details and complete your subscription purchase on our site. This screen is controlled by your bank and will prompt you to verify your credit card information before the subscription purchase can be completed and processed.

Once on this page you will be asked to either input your existing password (if you already have one) or create a new 3D Secure password for verification. This password is unique to you, meaning only you will know what it is, and will ensure that your transaction is doubly secure and protected.

NOTE: as this feature is run by your bank,please contact them directly for assistance if you have issues creating or entering your password. We are not able assist with issues regarding credit card verification as your information is protected by your bank.
