How do I reactivate my account?

It’s possible we still have your information saved in the database. First, go to the login page and enter your email address. If your information is still in the database, you can just login as normal. If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and we will send you a link to reset it. If you don't remember the email address you used, you can contact us and we can try to look up your account for you.

  • Hello,
    I am having a great problem using my account. I can't open my inbox, search any cities, etc.
    Has my account been blocked without my knowledge?
    Please advise because I have not yet been hired to work.
