How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have finished using our services and no longer wish to be billed, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Settings page. As all subscriptions automatically renew, cancelling your subscription ensures that you will not be billed for the next subscription period.

NOTE: In order to ensure that no further charges are applied to an account, users are required to cancel their subscription before the next renewal date. Subscriptions cancelled on or after the renewal date will result in a charge for the next terms services and cannot be refunded.

This is because our Terms of Service - which are agreed to upon the creation of your account - state that all subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled and are considered non-refundable. More information can also be found in our Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel your subscription using either a computer or a mobile device. To learn how to do this on each device, you can follow the instructions outlined below:

Computer:

To cancel your subscription from your computer, first ensure that you are logged in to your account. Navigate to your Settings page, located in the drop down menu in top right-hand corner of the webpage.

Once in your Settings, scroll down to the header labelled "Your Subscription." Select the "Edit Subscription" button. This will take you to a new page that outlines all the details of your subscription. 

To cancel, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. This will take you to a new page that will ask you why you are looking to cancel. Please note that you have to select one of the multiple choice options in order to continue with the cancellation. Please select the option that best applies to your situation.

Once you are satisfied with your answer, click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your subscription should then be cancelled and will be set to expire at the end of your current subscription period. Once completed, you will be taken back to you subscription details page and a note similar to the below will appear at the top of your screen:

NOTE: When a subscription cancellation is successful, an automated confirmation email will also be sent to the address registered in connection with your account. If an email of this type was not received following a cancellation attempt, the subscription may not have been cancelled correctly. If at any point you're unsure of your subscription status, you can always review the details of it in your account Settings, or contact us for assistance.

Mobile:

To cancel your subscription on a mobile device, first ensure that you are logged in to your account. Once logged in, navigate to your Settings page, located in the drop down menu (three parallel bars) in top right-hand corner of the screen.

Once in your Settings, scroll down to the header labelled "Your Subscription." Tap the "Edit Subscription" button. This will take you to a new page that outlines all the details of your subscription. 

To cancel, scroll to the bottom of the page and then tap the "Cancel Subscription" button. This will take you to a new page that will ask you why you are looking to cancel.
