How do I cancel my current subscription?

Our sites are self-serve and you can cancel your subscription anytime.
Please note that deleting your profile/job does not end your subscription.

To end your subscription:

1) Please Log In to the site if you aren't already

2) Go to your "Settings" page located on the top right of the page.

3) Then scroll down to "Your Subscription" and click the "Edit Subscription" button. 

4) From there, click "Cancel Subscription".



If you have time remaining on your subscription when you decide to cancel, you will still have all the features of an upgraded account for the remaining time you paid for.

You can re-enable your subscription at any time if the need returns.

If you do not see a "Cancel Subscription" button and are still being charged by us, please contact us on or call us at 1-855-874-8837

    Thanks for reaching out. When you log into your site > Head over to "Settings" page > Click "Edit Subscription" button and click "Cancel Subscription".

    If you are writing in regards to our emails, there's an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of all our emails.

If on your computer, the Settings should be located in the top right hand corner of the page in the banner between "Contact" and "Log Out". If you are on your mobile, it will appear as one of the four main boxes on your Home page or by clicking on the menu icon in the top right hand corner.

    The Settings should appear the top right hand corner of your dashboard.

    If you could provide a screen cap to our customer support team(, that would be helpful in figuring out why you are unable to see the link.

    Thank you for reaching out and notifying us of this! It appears that the option to cancel from a mobile device is currently not available but we have our engineers working on this issue.

  • I am following all the instructions you provided on how to cancel a subscription on my desktop computer. There is no "Cancel Subscription" button. There is a delete account button but I'm thinking if I select this, you'll still keep charging my credit card.

    Funny thing is, your webpage notes the following. "If you do not see a "Cancel Subscription" button, then you probably have already cancelled or do not have an active paid subscription.”

    So technically, if this is true, then I don’t have an active paid subscription so I shouldn’t have been charged for the past 6 months….. right????

    I expect to hear back from someone ASAP!!!!!
