I didn’t get a verification email. What should I do?

If you need to send another verification email because your first one was lost (or you accidentally deleted it) go to your Home page and click on "My Profile/My Job" > "Email Verification" and you will then have the option to send another welcome email with the verification link. 



If you still did not receive our email, please check your junk / spam folder to make sure it didn't get filtered out by your email provider.

  • Hi,
    I still need not received verification for my email after trying and retrying the steps above. I check in all my junk mail and spam mails.. nothing but I was able to receive any other kind of childcareadvantage emails in my actual inbox.
    Please what else I can do to validate my email address
