Currently, for security and verification purposes, users cannot update their email address through their account settings.
If you entered your email address incorrectly or want to start signing in using a different one, please contact Care Support.
When you do, be sure to let us know the following details:
- the email address currently associated with your account
- the email address you would like to use moving forward
- the name and phone number associated with the account
You may be asked to log in under your current email address or forward an email we previously sent to your original email before the change can be made. Again, this is for security and verification purposes.
If you happened to use an email address that is no longer in service when creating your account on our site, no worries! As long as you remember your password, you can still log in without any issues. So, even if you no longer have access to that email, it won't prevent you from accessing your account.
