If you have forgotten your login information, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link from the login page and enter the email address you are registered with when prompted. Be sure to check the box next to "I am not a robot". You may be required to solve a CAPTCHA question in order to proceed.
Once completed, click the "Retrieve Password" button. If your email address is registered in the system, we’ll send you a link to reset your password.
You should receive the email in a few minutes. If you do not see it, please make sure to check your junk/spam folder to see if our email went there. If you continue to have difficulties, or don’t receive the email at all, please contact us. We’re always happy to help!
Once you receive the email, it should look like the below:
To reset your password, click on the "Reset Password" link. You will then be redirected to a webpage that will ask you to enter your new password. Be sure to enter it carefully so you don't have any issues logging in again. Once you have entered the password, click "Update Password" and you will be automatically logged into your account.
Additionally, if you already know your current password but would like to change it, you may do so from your Settings page when logged in.
Make sure to click the "Save Settings" button to save your changes so the new password will be linked to your account.
