My messages are blocked and I can’t read them. Why is that happening?

To view a blocked message, you must upgrade your account with one of our subscription plans. You can upgrade your account either by going to your "My Profile"/"My Job" page > "Upgrade" or through your "My Profile" > "Settings" > "Upgrade Your Account". This will give you access to unlimited secure private messages and protected calls with Telesafe. This is a safe and easy way to connect with individuals who fit your needs.
