I haven't received a SMS confirmation code. How do I verify my phone number and get SMS alerts?

Sometimes, your phone carrier may filter our automated messages. If you haven't received a confirmation code, please double-check that your phone number listed under your account is correct by going into Settings page. Please send us an email to info@careguide.com for further assistance. 

If you have unsubscribed from the SMS alerts and wish to resubscribe again, please send "START" to the last text.
