Please follow the instructions below to cancel your Sitter.com app subscription:
1. Go to Settings > Subscription Type
2. You would then see your subscription details. Go to Manage Your Subscription.
3. You should then see an option to open your subscription in iTunes Store. Hit Open.
4. Please tap on the Cancel Subscription button.
5. And finally, Confirm Cancellation.
If you want to cancel your subscription via your email receipt from Apple, simply click on the "review your subscription" link from that email. The link will then redirect you to open iTunes where you can edit your subscription. Once in iTunes, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.
2. Click on Done to exit iTunes.
*Please note that the Sitter.com app is no longer available for purchase through the App Store. All users who have downloaded the app previously are still able to use it, however, moving forward no further updates to the app will be made. Full access to our site can also be found through any web browser by going directly to Sitter.com.
