If you have cancelled your subscription but received an unexpected charge, you likely have had a failed charge, or you have an additional account.
What to do:
- Think about other email addresses that may have been used to create an account and purchase a subscription. You may have another active subscription.
- Look at the subscription expiry date listed on the confirmation email you received when you cancelled.
- Check the subscription expiry date in your Account settings on the Subscriptions & payments page. This section is found near the top of the Subscriptions & payments page.
- Check the emails we have sent you. If a charge has failed, we have likely sent you an email asking you to update your payment method.
