To leave someone a review, you must have had a complete conversation with them.
A complete conversation means the following has happened:
- you have sent three messages to an employee/er and received two replies from that same employee/er.
- you have received three messages from an employee/er and sent two replies to that same employee/er.
If you are leaving a review for an employee, pick a rating that reflects their professionalism and work quality.
If you are leaving a review for an employer, pick a rating that reflects their job accuracy, hiring process, and work environment.
